Concrete Tips for Managing This Holiday Season
These are simple, practical steps you can implement today — not overwhelming, not all-or-nothing.
1. Clear Your Mental Load in the Morning
Before the day takes off, write down:
What absolutely must happen today
What would be nice, but is optional
What can wait
This one clarity practice can calm your entire nervous system.

Choose one routine to keep consistent through the holidays:

A few simple sleep reminders for December:

Stay consistent with bedtime
Create a 15-minute wind-down
Give yourself permission to rest
